SUBJECT: Work completed restoration southeast wing of the castle and curtis.
Dear Mayor, esteemed advisors,
unfortunately we find, once again, that in Grottaglie, when it comes to public works, the demands of the citizens and their associations are completely ignored.
The restoration project of the Bishop's Castle and Curtis, in fact, you've packed everything in the secret of the municipal offices, bringing the attention of the Office Plan and citizens only when it was ready-made: after, say, which was approved and after that, actually, they were already contracted out the work. And, of course, when, in those meetings with the community, doubts were raised about the goodness of the action, you have not taken into account.
But we continue to heel, tested but not defeated by a legislature and an administration half deaf, and sometimes even arrogant and contemptuous, to the requests from civil society, to implement, even in our common , of the political programming subsidiary of territory, which now is spreading everywhere, as a symptom, and a time pulse of civility and openness.
And then we believe that at least some of your questions deserve an answer, perhaps written, formal or otherwise, and with public evidence.
First, since the restoration of the Curtis - as has been said on many occasions - are intended to facilitate an increased flow of citizens within it, on the occasion of various events, you did run the tests on stability plans upper and the main tower, so that is also guaranteed their safety, as well as the delight of the users? There is a technical report that precludes the existence of components unsafe? And, if so, the EC explained?
Second, because, for people with disabilities, have not been provided access ramps at the main entrance of the castle museum also?
